# External profiles
Learn about connecting your external hiring profiles with JOIN. This guide explains setup, account requirements, and how integrations help keep your recruiting tools in sync.
You can connect your JOIN account with external hiring-related profiles such as LinkedIn, Xing, Bundesagentur für Arbeit, etc. These integrations allow you to keep your recruitment tools connected and ensure jobs flow seamlessly between JOIN and the platforms where you already manage your employer presence.

### Setup instructions
Once your account is ready, you can activate the integrations of your choice in JOIN by going to `Settings` → `Integrations`, selecting the platform, and clicking `Add profile`. You will then be guided through the setup steps.
