# XING

### XING company profile

JOIN will post your jobs to XING even if you don’t have a company profile. However, to maximise visibility — especially for premium ads — we recommend creating and linking your XING company page.

#### Why it matters

* Premium job ads will appear with your company identity on XING
* Increases trust and visibility among candidates
* Helps improve campaign attribution and performance

#### How to create a XING company profile

Creating a profile is free and only takes a few steps. Visit xing.com and follow their onboarding process for employers. Once created, return to JOIN to connect your profile.
