1. Customise your company account:

  • Access settings: Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the left navigation bar of your JOIN dashboard.

  • Company details: Go to ‘Company details’ to:

    • Upload your company logo (minimum 224px x 224px)

    • Enter your company name and website

    • Update the number of employees and specify your industry

    • Add a detailed company introduction (200-400 words recommended for good ranking on search engines)

    • Highlight your company's benefits and values

    • Save your changes

    • Enhance with visuals: Add images and videos to your gallery to showcase your office and team. This improves your visibility and attracts more applicants.

2. Preview and publish the page:

  • Click the ‘Preview’ button in the top right corner to see the career page.

  • Your career page is automatically generated and kept up-to-date. You can find the link under ‘Settings’ > ‘Career Page’ > ‘Preview’.

  • Share your career page on social media, email, or integrate it with your website. This creates an additional application channel and centralises candidate management within JOIN.
