# Quickstart

Get up and running with JOIN in just a few minutes. Learn how to post your first job, complete your profile, and start hiring today.

JOIN gives you all the tools you need for hiring — from writing and publishing job ads to reviewing applications and making confident recruitment decisions in collaboration with your team using our ATS.

At JOIN, our mission is to provide an intuitive and accessible applicant tracking system that helps you attract candidates across multiple channels, collaborate with your team, and move seamlessly from job posting to making the final hire.

You’ll need an account to start publishing jobs, attracting candidates, reviewing applications, messaging candidates, and scheduling interviews.
