Scorecards
Learn how to use scorecards in JOIN to structure candidate evaluations, align team feedback, and make confident hiring decisions. This article covers template creation, scorecard submission, and tips.
Scorecards are internal evaluation tools used to assess candidates during or after different hiring stages. Suitable for evaluating candidates at any stage in the pipeline, they’re built on pre-existing, customisable templates and include rating criteria, as well as space for notes—helping your team to compare candidates objectively and efficiently whilst avoiding unstructured feedback.
Use scorecards in JOIN to evaluate candidates consistently and collaboratively based on replies to interview questions, job-specific attributes and overall impression. Scorecards help structure your interview process, align team feedback, and enable you to make confident hiring decisions.
Choose from a set of pre-existing scorecard templates or create your own in Scorecards.
