Teamtailor
Set up the Teamtailor integration to sync jobs to JOIN for multiposting and send applications back to Teamtailor. Learn setup steps, required permissions, and how data flows between systems.
The Teamtailor integration allows you to keep your recruiting workflow in one place. Jobs created in Teamtailor are automatically synced to JOIN and published across job boards. Applications collected through JOIN are then sent straight back into Teamtailor—so your team can focus on hiring while JOIN handles the distribution.
Before you begin, make sure to review the External HR tools article to understand the general requirements and limitations that apply to all integrations (e.g. sync frequency, job limits, multi-language/locations, screening questions).
Once connected, the Teamtailor integration allows you to:
Sync jobs from Teamtailor to JOIN for multiposting
Receive candidate applications from JOIN directly in Teamtailor
Manage all job and applicant data directly in Teamtailor
Connect Teamtailor and JOIN
Generate an API key
Log in to your Teamtailor account
In the top-right corner, click your profile name and select
SettingsIn the left-hand menu, go to
Integrations→API keysClick the pink
+ New API KeybuttonIn the popup:
Name your key (e.g. “JOIN”)
Set API Scope to Admin
Tick both
ReadandWritepermissions
Click
CreateCopy the newly generated

How often does JOIN sync with Teamtailor?
Jobs sync every 30–60 minutes. Candidate applications are delivered to Teamtailor in real time.
Where should I manage my job postings?
All job management should be done in Teamtailor. Avoid editing or archiving jobs directly in JOIN.
Can I filter which Teamtailor jobs sync to JOIN?
No. JOIN currently syncs all active jobs within your job limit from Teamtailor. Filtering is not supported. Jobs successfully synced are marked with a green checkmark and labeled Synced in within JOIN.
