To ensure your job postings are published successfully and attract suitable candidates, follow these key content rules when writing your ads:

  • Include clear job title, company description, tasks, requirements, and location

  • Use common, precise job titles; avoid jargon, abbreviations, or ALL CAPS

  • Keep titles gender-neutral (e.g. m/f/d) and consistent in one language

  • No collective ads, unsolicited applications, or QR codes
